Kia has expanded its model lineup in the United States with the addition of the 2021 Kia K5. When Will the 2021 Kia K5 Arrive in the United States? 

Expected to arrive at United States dealerships in summer 2020, the 2021 Kia K5 promises to be a fan favorite at Concord Kia. Kia K5 entries possess an aggressive “Tiger Face” front-end design, athletic lines, a spacious interior and power-packed engine options. When it arrives, the 2021 Kia K5 will be available in four standard trim levels – LX, LXS, GT-Line and EX – with the performance-driven GT trim level expected to arrive at a later date.

2021 Kia K5 Engine Options, Specs and Features 

Born and bred for performance, the 2021 Kia K5 comes standard with a 180-horsepower 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that makes 195 pound-feet of torque. Paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive, the entry-level Kia K5 promises plenty of thrills. When the Kia K5 GT arrives, it will employ a 290-horsepower 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that manufactures 311 pound-feet of torque. Equipped with an eight-speed Dual-Clutch automatic transmission, the Kia K5 GT will go from zero to 60 mph in just 5.8 seconds. All-wheel drive is available for Kia K5 LXS and GT trim levels. 

When you choose the 2021 Kia K5 this summer, you will find no shortage of high-end technology and features. Entry-level Kia K5 LX trim levels come standard with an 8-inch Kia UVO touchscreen infotainment system that provides access to wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration. Kia Drive Wise safety systems are standard across the board and will help keep families safe. Available upgrades to the Kia K5 spec sheet include a 10.25-inch Kia UVO touchscreen display, a 12-speaker Bose® sound system, 19-inch alloy wheels, Heart Beat LED Daytime Running Lights and an Ultra Lux Panoramic Sunroof.
