New Performance Specs for the 2022 Kia Stinger
The term, game-changer gets thrown around rather liberally these days. However, there has been no better way to describe the Kia Stinger since it arrived at the Concord Kia showroom for the 2018 model year. Buyers interested in the 2022 Kia Stinger will start their journey with the automaker’s sport sedan with the entry-level GT-Line trim. For the upcoming model year, the 2022 Stinger will have a turbocharged 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine under its hood and it will be attached to an eight-speed automatic transmission. This update will give the 2022 Stinger GT-Line a peak output of 300 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque – a notable boost over the 2.0-liter engine that has been previously used. The manufacturer suggests using premium-grade gas for both 2022 engines.
